1. What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered? 

Answer: Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us via email: contact@whizzofficial.com; so we can help you further.

2. Are there conditions for returns and exchanges?

Answer:  When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that: We accept return items within 30 days of delivery. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs and culottes are fitted with a safety seal to prevent them being tried on or worn. If you wish to return this type of item, the label and the safety seal must be conserved. Please note that we do not accept exchange at the moment. Please return any unwanted merchandise for a refund, and then place a new order for additional items. We reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

3. How can I make an online return?

Answer:  To make an online return, follow these easy steps: 

-Go to Return Center and find items you want to return or email contact@whizzofficial.com to request a return label; please include your name, order number and reason for return in your email.

-Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box.

-Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.

-For those living in the US, find a UPS location or a USPS and drop off your package.

-We’ll refund you within 10 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place. The refund will be sent to your original payment method.

- Note: We offer free U.S domestic return label, but we don't offer international return label. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund.

4. My order did not come with a return label or form; can you send a new one?

Answer:  To obtain a return label, please go to Return Center or email contact@whizzofficial.com​; We will email you the return label.Please note: If you're returning multiple orders in one package, please be sure to list all of your order numbers in your request email. 

5. Do you only accept mail return?

Answer:  YES! We only accepts returns by mail. Enclosed with your purchase are our return instructions. Please follow all included instructions to avoid a delay in processing your returns.

6. What's your Final Sale return policy?

Answer:  Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. All personalized or altered items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
