Do you offer wholesale prices for bulk buying?

As we're an exclusively online retailer we sell directly to the public - we therefore don't offer wholesale.

Can I get a price adjustment on an item I’ve already purchased?

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotions and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you've purchased it.Sadly, we're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.

Can I get more information on a product?

We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products, including: - A detailed description, including what materials the item is made of - Information about the brand - Lots of pictures - How the sizing works

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the shipping address for your order.

Do you offer wrapping?

We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel!

What is your care guide?

Some do's: - Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes. - Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organize into whites, darks and colors. - The care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature, if you're unsure; always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher. - Rinse swimwear immediately after use and do not wring. - Turn garment inside out before washing. Some Don't's: - Don't use too much detergent. - Don't use fabric detergents which contain bleach. - Don't tumble dry garment unless indicated on the care label. - Don't iron prints, trims or embellishments. - Don't leave garments with white and contrast colored panels soaking for prolonged periods. - Garments with metal trims should not be left to soak.

Will you be getting more stock?

If you have an item in your saved items list, you can choose to be notified if the item comes back in stock, when shopping through Whizz website.

How do I sign up for back in stock notifications?

To receive a back in stock notification, you'll need to make sure you're opted into receiving push notifications from us. To do this, simply go to 'My Account' and select 'Notifications'. Once there, you'll be able to see whether you're opted into receiving stock notifications or not. To find out how push notifications work, click here. Once your settings are up to date, you can opt into receive a notification if a product in your Saved items becomes available again. To do this, simply go to your saved items and tap 'Notify Me'. If the item comes back into stock in your selected size, we'll let you know.

When will I be notified?

As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we're not able to let you know if, or when you'll receive a back in stock notification for an item. If you've received a back in stock notification email, you'll need to be quick as we can't guarantee how long the item will be back in stock for. If the item goes back out of stock again before you've purchased it, you'll need to sign up to be notified again.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We're really sorry if you've received an email saying one or more of the items you've ordered is out of stock. You can sign up the notification email and order them after they are getting back to our store.

Will you restock the item?

If you have an item in your saved items list, you can choose to be notified if the item comes back in stock, when signing up the notification email.

How do I unsubscribe from Whizz emails/texts?

If you no longer wish to subscribe to Whizz emails or texts, you can unsubscribe simply by one of two methods: 1: Clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our emails. 2: Logging into your Whizz account and clicking 'Contact Preferences' from the list. This will open up your preferences. You'll then need to untick the communication boxes and click 'Save preferences'. Please note, once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect.

I've forgotten the account password, how do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, it's really simple to get back into your account. Head over to our sign in page in the right hand corner of the screen. We've got a forgotten password link which you can click on and enter your email address. We'll then email you a link directly to your Roozee account email address to reset your password.

Can I contact you if I'm not the Whizz account holder?

We’re happy to hear from anyone who has a general query about shopping with Whizz, however if you are contacting us about an order or an account then you do need to be the Whizz account holder. We also ask that you use the email address that you registered with us so we can verify your details.

What kinds of payment do you take?
